Tab-based settings structure

This settings screen is now structured like a real internal admin panel, with separate tabs for profile, roles, notifications, branding, and security. Each tab can later be connected to forms, API actions, and saved preferences.

Next implementation step

Convert each tab section into actual forms with save actions and validation once the data model is ready.
